Introduction

Welcome to NUZL. These Terms and Conditions govern use of the platform and its available services by guests and hosts, as relevant to how each party uses NUZL

Parties

Guest: A user who browses places or submits a booking request through NUZL.

Host: A person or entity that lists a place or manages its bookings through NUZL.

These Terms apply to each party to the extent relevant to their use of the platform and the services available to them. By using NUZL, creating an account, listing a place, or submitting or accepting a booking request, you agree to the terms that apply to your use and to the details shown through the platform

Using NUZL

NUZL allows guests to browse stays and gathering spaces, view their details, submit booking requests, and track bookings. It also allows hosts to list their places and manage the information and booking functions available to them through the platform. NUZL must be used only for lawful purposes, and users must provide accurate information when creating an account or using the services

Place Information

Each listing displays the available information about the place, including photos, amenities, prices, booking terms, and other relevant details. Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide or update about their place. Guests should review the information shown before submitting a booking request. The details and terms shown when the booking is completed apply to that booking

Prices

The price shown on NUZL is the booking price offered by the host and is not increased simply because the booking is made through NUZL. Guests are shown the applicable price and related payment details before completing a booking, and hosts are responsible for keeping the prices they display through the platform accurate

Booking Requests and Confirmation

Submitting a booking request does not necessarily mean that the booking is confirmed. Guests and hosts can track the booking status according to the functions available to each party. A booking is only considered confirmed once its status appears as “Confirmed.” The place, date, price, and terms shown when the booking is completed form part of the booking details

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies may vary by place and booking. The applicable policy is shown to the guest before the booking is completed and explains the relevant conditions, timeframe, and any refundable amount. Both guests and hosts are subject to the policy applicable to the booking, while preserving any rights provided under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for providing accurate information, reviewing booking details before completing a booking, following the terms and instructions that apply to the place, and using their account lawfully while keeping their login details secure

Host Responsibilities

Hosts are responsible for providing accurate and clear information about the place they list, including the price, amenities, and terms entered through the available fields and services, keeping that information up to date, and handling booking requests in accordance with the details and policies shown through NUZL

Prohibited Use

Guests and hosts must not use NUZL unlawfully, provide misleading information, attempt unauthorized access to the platform or other accounts, misuse the services, or violate the rights of others

Listed Content and Information

NUZL aims to present place information clearly to support search, comparison, and booking. If information appears incorrect or incomplete, it may be reported through the available support channel for review according to the platform's available capabilities

Booking Issues

If an issue arises in connection with a booking, the guest or host may contact NUZL through the available support channel and provide the information needed to understand and review the issue. Nothing in these Terms limits rights available to either party under applicable law

Accounts

Some NUZL services may require an account. Each user is responsible for keeping their account and login details secure and should notify NUZL if they suspect unauthorized use of their account

Platform Availability

Some NUZL services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. If this affects an existing booking, the booking and related rights will be handled according to its details, the applicable policies, and applicable law

Intellectual Property

Rights in the NUZL name, brand, designs, and content owned by NUZL remain with their respective owners and may not be copied or used without authorization. Rights in photos, information, and other content provided by third parties remain with their respective owners, as applicable

Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with the NUZL Privacy Policy and the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Updates to These Terms

These Terms may be updated when needed due to changes in NUZL, its services, or applicable legal requirements. The updated version will be made available through the platform, and users will be notified where required by law or where a change materially affects their rights or obligations

Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Nothing in these Terms should be interpreted in a way that reduces rights granted to guests or hosts under applicable law
